Telecom Masts for a variety of telecom applications, manufactured by The Will-Burt Company.  We believe that these are the best quality masts available on the market, and they are manufactured here in the United States.  These masts offer superb workmanship with minimum required maintenance.  Will-Burt pneumatic masts are now equipped with a 5-year grease prior to shipment from their factory, making them maintenance free for 5 years (no oil has to be added, so maintenance is simply keeping them clean and free from debris).  In addition, Will-Burt offers a 5-year warranty on their masts for commercial applications and a 2-year warranty for military applications; along with a 2-year warranty on their air compressors.

For our typical telecom applications, we recommend the use of the following types of masts; however, we can provide any of the masts manufactured by Will-Burt.  Our prices are very competitive and less expensive than purchasing these masts directly from Will-Burt. 

1. Pneumatic masts equipped with an air compressor for easy, automatic deployment.  These masts come in locking and non-locking versions; the locking type allows you to lock it

in place once it is raised into positon.  Also, there are multiple series of locking masts, with the difference in payload capabilities.  For the lighter payload series, the sizes range from

25' to 134' in height.  For the heavier payload series, the sizes range from 50' to 164' in height.  The photo on the far right shows the heavy duty series mast.  We now offer the following Will-Burt locking masts:

• A  59' and 80' ultra mast with a 1,200 lb payload capacity.
• A 100' custom super heavy duty mast with a 980 lb payload capacity.
• Custom locking collars successfully tested to operate well in highly corrosive environments, such as ocean coastlines, to prevent lockup from corrosion.

2. Quick Erecting Antenna Masts (QEAM) equipped with a manual screw drive.  These masts are very popular in U.S. military applications and range in size from 20' to 112' in height.
